Special autism PPCD program in HISD?

I recently heard of an HISD school that has a PPCD program specifically

for children with autism. I think it might be inside the 610 loop, but

I am not sure. Does anyone know the name of this school or anything

about it?

I think the name of the school is Conduit Elementary, it is located in Bellaire,

Texas.
