Dear ,

Thank you for posting your message. You say that you don't know how

to start the four questions. Have you done them before? If you are

familiar with what the questions are (which are also downloadable

form www.thework.org) you could go through your wonderfully clear

post and underline all the stressful statements. Then maybe pick one

that is very stressful and put it to the 4 questions. It's a

wonderful start and who knows where it might take you!

One thing that really jumped out at me from what you wrote was your

statememt that, " Even 100lbs ago it ruled me because I was never

good enough. "

" I was never good enough " or " I am not good enough "

1. Is that true? Where's your proof? Says who?

2. Can you absolutely know you are not good enough?

3. How do you react when you believe this thought?

(And possible subquestions: How do you treat yourself when you

believe this? How do you treat others? What's the payoff for

believing this?)

4. Who would you be without this thought?

(How might you live your life differently? How might you treat

yourself and others without the thought you aren't good enough?)

And then the Turnarounds...

You could, if you are moved to, do a little inquiry and post it and

invite feedback from group members.

Love,

Heidi

PS Your work is mine and i'm sure many others'. Thank you for being

brave and putting it out there.
