Hi Eddie and all

Is there a book that you could recommend for working with depression

in a holistic way? I have tried so long to find the story behind my

depression and have been frustrated. When I was at the school I

cried a couple times and noticed that I felt sooooo much better

after crying. It makes me think that I need to find ways to feel my

emotions, ways to elicit crying. I am a male and by definition in

our society, males have a harder time feeling and crying (yes, this

is my story, but true for most men I believe). Whenever I

experience the hurt of childhood, it hurts, but it is a much better

feeling than the emptiness of depression.

What do you think?
