Hi Sara,

I am so behind in my emails which is why I

am answering somewhat old onesJ. I started sprouting when I lived in Virginia but I haven’t

tried since then. I haven’t heard of the site you mentioned but I will

check it out and try to locate my sprouting bottles. I haven’t seen them

since the move. We still have 20 boxes in the freezing garage waiting to be

moved into the house.

Do you sprout your own

grains? I'm thinking of starting down that avenue and just was

recommended a site www.sproutspeople.com.

Do you know anything about that site?

I'm telling my DH

he has a carb addict, he HAS to have some cereal every night!
