Hey now, let me get this straight...we aren't creating more regulations here are we? I guess what the goal is, is a bill that will be the Farmstead Exemption you spoke of, where farmers are restricted as little as possible but one that will assure the legislators of reasonable safety (and like I say, to h___ with the Ag. dept--sworn to oppose anything, no matter how safe, unsafe, good or bad.) You have to put a few things in like you are suggesting in order to accomplish that. But I do not want it to be over regulating or hard on the farmer. Delicate surgery, this...
