Hey now, let me get this straight...we aren't creating more regulations

here are we? I guess what the goal is, is a bill that will be the

Farmstead Exemption you spoke of, where farmers are restricted as

little as possible but one that will assure the legislators of

reasonable safety (and like I say, to h___ with the Ag. dept--sworn to

oppose anything, no matter how safe, unsafe, good or bad.) You have to

put a few things in like you are suggesting in order to accomplish

that. But I do not want it to be over regulating or hard on the

farmer. Delicate surgery, this...

I would also add "antibiotics APPROVED FOR USE IN DAIRY CATTLE." (my

capitals) The reason? There are some antibiotics with UNKNOWN drug

residual times. Gentocin is thought to remain in the system for up to 6

months.

Hey Dennis, yes do pipe in if you think any or all of these are

unecessary. Gosh, so many cooks...but that's what I wanted...
