Hi Joan,

My Dad and I use to swim three times a week for years together. I miss thoughts

days so very much. I use to scuba dive and just got back into buying some used

gear off ebay. I hope to do some diving this summer. My Dad and I are very

close. He lives in Fairbanks, Alaska. And I live in Mississippi. But he is now

retired, and disabled with arthritis. but him and my step mom got a big 40 foot

RV and in the winter they travel around the US just enjoying life. He is coming

down this summer to spend a few weeks with my wife and I. he is an ex pro scuba

diver. and he is talking about getting back into it to now. So I pray that we

could dive together. It would be the first time we were ever able to do that. I

look so forward to it. {:-} Well I did not mean to get so far off the subject. I

don't have anyone to talk to like this.

Thank you for your time.

Fabian,

I bet it will be great to see your dad and get to spend some time with him.

Is there good diving anywhere near where you live, or do you have to travel

far? I have never done that, but my brother-in-law dove quite a bit when he

was younger, and swears it is great fun.

I hope you get to enjoy it.

<<< I love water..the feel of it...yesterday did a try out in the

whirlpool with light excercise...showered with cool water >>>

I'm with you Joan...I love the water and it is so easy to exercise in it as

it does not hurt! I go to my Y and take an arthritis class in the water and

it is great. Very light exercise but you know you are doing something. If

I miss several classes for some reason, I can really notice the difference

and my doctor says he can tell I'm in much better shape then I was before

water exercise.

Keep up the good work!

Ann
