Good day!

I was delighted to receive a Bullworker X5 Gold via DHL yesterday, and

am looking forward to using it. I have some questions re training

schedules.

The workout schedule that came with it looks very well thought out.

Once you are used to it, how long does a workout take? Looks like in

the advanced training schedule, you might do up to 26 exercises

isotonically with multiple reps...

Also, the last time I worked out a lot was with the Body for Life

program, which was very effective (I completed the 12 weeks, but found

the food schedule hard to maintain, and don't like going to the local

gym--so I stopped doing it). Body for Life emphasized the need for

rest, and not doing the same thing every day--for instance,

alternating upper and lower body workouts. I realize that the

Bullworker has some different premises, perhaps most importantly

isometric (at least initially) vs. isotonic.

So, my question is does the 5 days/week training schedule, doing the

same thing every day, work well? Are some people doing upper and

lower body exercises on alternate days?

Many thanks,
