Pain management docs, good ones are hard to come by. I hope that you can find another one to work with you on the same level. As far as your message being trivial, that is crap. Actually, my doctor's move was a bonus for me, because he went from a very by the books teaching hospital that always had issues with how " Creative " he was, to his own practice where he can do more or less what he wants.
