Hello JoAnn,

One of the things that warm your feet and legs is circulation. When

muscles work, circulation is naturally increased to serve those

muscles. For example whenever I have to stand in one place for more

than just a couple of minutes, I shift my weight back and forth from

one foot to the other. This approximates the action of walking which

improves circulation. When sitting more than an hour or so, I find a

reason to get up and walk a bit for a few minutes. These

considerations help a great deal for me.

right now and I think being home has made me more conscious of it.

I've looked in the links section and found two microwave slippers.

Before I purchased any, I thought I'd get your opinions.

my feet on a heating pad -- but only the bottoms are slightly warm.
