You can search for medical terms and learn from the thousands of explanations and definitions. The dictionary was created by and belongs to Lippincott & Wilkins. Where can you find the dictionary? -- www.medicalnewstoday.com You will see a search box on the top-right of every web page, titled 'Medical Dictionary'. -- www.medilexicon.com You can see the search box in the top third of the home page, titled 'Medical Terms Dictionary'. Medilexicon International Limited is a UK company which owns three websites: 1. www.medicalnewstoday.com Contains between 50-100 new articles each day. 2. www.medilexicon.com Contains the world's largest database of medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, biotechnology and dentistry abbreviations/acronyms, plus their meanings. The web site also has a Medical Dictionary, Drug Searchbox, Rx US English Spellcheck, ICD-9 Searchbox, and a list of pharmaceutical companies' addresses worldwide. 3. www.hospitalsworldwide.com Contains a list of tens of thousands of hospitals worldwide, addresses, web links and telephone numbers.
