Guest guest
Hi my name is I am a resent joiner to this group/forum Firstly I must state I have problems with spelling I am dyslexic and use electric spelling aids, but lets not label people who can not spell as any less intelligent than someone who can - there are many reasons why someone may have problems spelling! I am a natural body builder who has featured in muscle and fitness, I have been body building some 10 years after a serious motor bike accident that destroyed my elbow joint. Body building took a disabled arm and built it back to a fully functional arm, despite the hospital consultant saying I was going to have a permanently disabled arm. The best form of muscle building without doubt is free weights - but muscles do not like growing so the body adapts to exercise, a natural body builder has to constantly force the body to change. Shock the muscles to change again. I went to a indoor table top sale the other month and came across a bullworker 2 - nearly mint condition with the parchment exercises with it. She wanted £4.00 but got it down to £3.00. I have been busy recently and have not been able to spare the time to get my weights out. I have a small home and do my weights in the dinning room but have to get them out and put them away after, the process adds time to the workout. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday's I normally work out, the bullworker has given me the ability to do a workout without getting out my weights. I have also changed my job its back to a desk job, I was in a very physical job before, I now work out at lunch time. The bullworker is ideal to carry to work - I don't have a carrying case unfortunately. I have to say that it has worked very well indeed I have grown in size and my muscles are harder. Free weights do allow full lengthening and shorting of the muscle i.e. when you do a bicep curl and with the bullworker you only get a partial curl but there is something good with the bullworker - I would recommend that any one uses free weights and the bullworker.
