" No one is over here living my life!!

Did that ring true for anyone else? "

Indeed. So how do you feel when you realise that, and where in your

body do you feel it?

Hi ,

I am new to the group so quick intro:

I live in Scotland and just read LWI last week. I am a Buddhist and I was

blown away by what says. Her views are in accord with the highest

Buddhist teachings.

One of my big issues is control so I relate to what you are saying. I just

loved the bit in the book which said : and I paraphrase here : if you are

over here living my life, then who is living yours? No wonder you feel bad! "

In the short time since I have been doing the work I feel such a sense of

relief.

I have been just happily " doing the dishes " as puts it and the absence

of guilt or constant commentary is liberating.

I feel sad and shocked that I have spent so little time actually

living my life but I also feel grateful to be seeing the truth of it.

I feel it in my heart and lungs.
