You asked me " What is real for you? " Nothing that I can " think " of or anything I would talk about. Without a story my understanding and my small experience is that there is no suffering, no pain, no negative emotional thoughts to get stuck in just pure beautiful experience. I haven't done a training with Byron or anything like that but I have read her book loving what is. and the above is some of what I got out of it.
