Thank you for your dropping answers to our questionnaire in the

Those " negative emotional thoughts " are the stories that we tell

ourselves. Without a story my understanding and my small experience

is that there is no suffering, no pain, no negative emotional

thoughts to get stuck in just pure beautiful experience.

I haven't done a training with Byron or anything like that but

I have read her book loving what is. and the above is some of what

I got out of it.
