Guest guest
Hi , Welcome! As of yesterday, your post went to 1,614 people. Everyone is here because " The Work " found us just when we needed it. I haven't been on the message board long myself, but it seems to work in many ways...depending on the individual. My favorite way is doing the inquiry directly on what concerns in the everyday. Sullivan wrote a wonderful post (#22472) called " I'm just not up to parenting today. " It's really worth reading, expecially if your new to " Loving What Is. " makes a wonderful shift in perception -- and you can watch her doing it. Check it out. > Hi to Whomever is Out There ... No idea either if this post goes to ten or 1,000 people ... Hi, . Welcome to the group. The way I like to use this group is to post worksheets I've written for feedback. Others often notice underlying beliefs or turn-arounds I've missed. I also find it interesting and fun to read others' work and find my own thinking in what they've written. You can get a feel for what goes on by looking back through the message archive (http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Loving-what-is/messages). Currently, the membership list shows 1615 entries. Glad you're here... Tom
