Dear ,

Thanks for your post. I welcome you to our group. For me, what this

group is about is doing worksheets and sharing your questions,

insights and experiences regarding The Work with other interested

people.

There are kind souls in this group that can assist the beginner by

facilitating you in The Work online, in-person and via the phone.

There are many helpful things available in the " Files " section on

your left. To see some of the members and photos of , click

on " Photos " and to see the member list, click on " members " .

If you have any questions, simply post them here and I am sure

someone will share their thoughts with you.

Blessings, Steve D.

Hi ,

Welcome! As of yesterday, your post went to 1,614 people. Everyone

is here because " The Work " found us just when we needed it.

I haven't been on the message board long myself, but it seems to work

in many ways...depending on the individual. My favorite way is doing

the inquiry directly on what concerns in the everyday.

Sullivan wrote a wonderful post (#22472) called " I'm just not

up to parenting today. " It's really worth reading, expecially if

your new to " Loving What Is. " makes a wonderful shift in

perception -- and you can watch her doing it. Check it out.

Hi, . Welcome to the group.

The way I like to use this group is to post worksheets I've written

for feedback. Others often notice underlying beliefs or turn-arounds

I've missed. I also find it interesting and fun to read others' work

and find my own thinking in what they've written. You can get a feel

for what goes on by looking back through the message archive

Currently, the membership list shows 1615 entries.

Glad you're here...

Tom

Thanks to you and to the others who replied to my note.

Sometime this week I hope to post a worksheet and see how things unfold.
