Another matter is the use of the questions of The Work. Katz, the literary agent of , claims that the questions are copyrighted. My attorney doesn't agree. (I had to do lots of works, that I had to ask for legal help in order to deal with this matter.) 1. The questions originally come from a process called RET (of Albert Ellis), in my opinion is the genious originator of the process " The Work " , but not the originator of the questions. 2. a process or an idea cannot be copyrighted because that would be a patent. A process, a theory, an idea always are in the public domain, as herself was saying in the past. 3. Even if the questions were copyrighted - in order to do the process, you have to use the questions. Therefore it would be at least fair use, to use them. 4. has trademarked " The Work " as an expression. This affects any business, which is done under the expression " The Work " but does not even touch the use of the process called " The Work " .
