Guest guest
Hi Barbara, I also thank the Powers That Be for this group. Two years ago I lived in South Sacramento near Elk Grove, the Pocket area & Land Park Zoo. Now I'm in the sville & Yuba City area just south of Chico. My brother lived in Citrus Heights & Carmichael for about 20 years. I have family in Roseville & Sacramento. Small world, isn't it? I know how hard it is to deal with an ill or disabled husband plus your own pain & ongoing pathologies. I had to caregive mine for 5 years as his Dementia/Alzheimer's progressed along with his spinal stenosis/disc hernias from a work related accident. Though he was worse off physically than I was, still I wasn't in any condition to be anybody's caregiver for I needed one myself most days. He died 3 years ago of pneumonia, cancer & dementia. Now I'm alone & dealing with my own pain & trying to keep on keepin' on. Muddling through mostly now. Blessings, Caroline barbara hebert wrote: hi, my nme is barbara and i gre up in sacramento. i live in maine now. i lived in carmichael. and town and country and by el camino high school and citrus heights. sacramento has sure changed. my mom and sister live in chico. i have fibromyalgia and osteo arithritis and pain most of the time. i lot of back pain. Guest guest
, You poor kid, I am so sorry for your trouble. Have to tell you about my daughter. Same situation as yours. Wrong desk, chair and key board height. Result...FMS. She also has bilateral constriction in both of her shoulders and collar bone. She is disabled too and sueing her former employer cause they fired her from her job the minute she came back from the local Medhelp. I feel so sorry for her, she was making 80,000./ yr. Boy, has her live changed. You are applying for Social Security? Good. Just be sure to keep track of everything that you do and is done to you. I got mine in 5 months. I was about knocked off my feet, still can't believe it. Hang in there girl. Take care and try to feel better. donna
