Hello everybody;

I am trying to help a friend get some help for her kids. I have found this DAN

doc on this

site and was wondering what anyone might have to say? I am from Toronto but

live in the UK

so am really out of touch with all things overseas.

Please please please if someone has an opinion, please let me know what youe
