Guest guest
Fear runs everything about me Is it true? Yes Can I really know that it's true? Feels like it How do I react when I attach to the thought that fear runs me? I hide out in my apartment and hide from the telephone. I do not check my mail for fear of bad news. I do not fully participate in my life and do not allow others to see me as I am. I bury my head in the sand and practive avoidance and denial. I do not handle my day to day responsibilites and allow them to create problems and issues in my life. I do not trust myself to handle things and allow them to become nightmares. Then I cower in the fetal postion and ask why is this happenng to me. I do not fully pursue activities that I constantly say I want to do. I want to be a medium and I do nothing to promote myself or tell others that this is what I do. That way I can complain that no one wants what I have to offer. I feel the pain of not being seen by others as being a person. I do not allow others to know me, see me, because I have fear of not being good enough. I have created masks so others would only see them and not me. I have created masks so I would only see them and not see me. Who would I be without the thought " fear runs me? " I would do less shaking. I would go for what I say I want in this life. I would be upfront and authentic with others and know in my heart that I am on my own path and that I have courage and the ability to recieve what I want. I would be real with others and allow them to see all of who I am. I would not need to broadcast an image that I think is " special " . I would not need others to think I am special and would not worry about whether I was seen by others or not...I would be able to see myself. I would know that who I am is okay and enough. I do not ever want to feel this kind of fear again in my life. I am willing to feel the fear, I look forward to feeling all the fear there is for me. T/A Fear does not run me.
