This isn't any way to live, with Work Comp lurking around to catch you doing something and insurance company asking work comp to pay for everything. Sigh. I don't know what the cost of living is like in your area, but that amount of money around here is average pay for a week, at least for me, but I do understand that depending on where you live, what you do, etc. you make more. I will pray for you that your benefits stay like they are so that you can pay your bills and concentrate on what's most important, getting better!
