Guest guest
Hi First Post, previously lurking I have a 6 year old non verbal ASD son Want to revamp his diet way too starchy He has had a blood test that indicates allergy (epi-pen) to peanuts tree nuts (walnut, almond, etc.) coconut sesame I had a vendor at the DAN conference tell me that a coconut allergy would only be to one component of coconut (fat or protein, I forget) and that he may actually be able to tolerate some forms I'm afraid to try It seems BED requires coconut and SCD loves nut flours, etc. Plus all the benefits of coconut oils... I am paralyzed by indecision. Is there anyone who knows more about this or who can point me in the right direction? I've googled, etc. to no avail Thanks in advance, Dawn
