Guest guest
This is for Sam The professional equipment that I use is the Hydro San Plus, Model C-1. It is the same as their model C except it does not have the sanitising unit. It is made by Specialties Health Products of Phoenix. Aproximate cost $3,700.00 This is expensive, but when you consider that a colon Therapist charges about $50.00 and since I have to use it about once a week. I can realize a savings after 2 years of use. By the way the purchase price does include a 3 day colon therapy training session.
Guest guest
I have a hydro-san unit also and think it was one of the best investments ever. My daughter was doing her own colonics when she was 18 yrs old right after I got the unit and it has made a wonderful difference in her health and well being. I try to use it once a week and often during a cleanse every or every other day. I believe in the long run it will pay for itself many times over. And when it is in your home it is so easy to just go do a colonic, which I have been told is to the colon what excersice is to the body. They're suppose to reshape it and bring the natural peristalsis back into balance, to say nothing of hwat they do for the rest of our beings...body, mond and spirit. I just love them and can't say enough good things about them :-) :-) > This is for Sam The professional equipment that I use is the Hydro San > Plus, Model C-1. Guest guest
Thanks do much for this information. Do you have a web site or other source of supply for these machines? Guest guest
Hi Christel, Specialty Health Products sells the machines. Their # is: 800-343-4950. I think they're great people to deal with too.
Guest guest
Hi Sam, I used to know of other sources, but my computer crashed and I lost all info on them. I will forward a newsletter to the group, you all may find it interesting. You should be able to contact more places which sell colonic equipment through Sheila, who puts out the newsletter. > Thanks do much for this information. It prompted me to create a new group called " Life Outside of Autism " where we are NOT allowed to talk about Autism, everything but!! It's a lot of fun. Here is the information below if you or anyone else want to join the group! As promised, I am starting a new group for parents (and anyone else immersed in the autism world), that would like a break to talk about " other stuff " outside of autism and just have some fun together. So it's basically going to be a group for autism parents to NOT talk about autism! How ironic is that! Especially considering the name of the support group I run in this area is called " Talk About Curing Autism! " (who DA thunk it!) In order to join this very exclusive group you must bring the following items with you: 1. a serious sense of humor 2. topics NOT related to autism! 3. the ability to laugh at yourself, your spouse, your in laws your kids, your body, your life!! 4. a willingness to learn from others and let them encourage you and make you feel good. 5. The realization that not everybody is at this place right now. Many people that are just starting out may be a long ways off from this place in their lives. But for those of us who have let ourselves go or just want a place to talk about stuff other than autism occasionally (as we are all on multiple groups for that!), this group is for you! And remember, no mean people allowed! To join the new parent support group " Life Outside of Autism " you can go directly to the webpage below and join or email me directly at christycrider@... and I will add your name to the list. http://groups..co\ m/group/lifeoutsideofautism/ Take care! Guest guest
I just made a batch of Lip shaped soap (M & P) with calendula petals > and it turned out great. I just made them about a week ago so I will > let you know if anything goes wrong. Hello Bree and Deborah, Calendula petals are one of the few botanicals that keep their colour in soap. The infused petals make a great coloured oil as well and calendula is really good for the skin :-) Nerys
