This looks very similiar to a devise I bought in 80s,sort of a hydralic exerciser,it is awful.I don't know if this is basically the same or not,but looks very much like it. Also,no leg exercises,I;ll stay with the Bully. Works on the isokinetic principle, no matter how fast you push it

only goes so fast in. I will say, the one I had could give you a

muscle pump to beat all muscle pumps.

Yeah,I still have that one I wrote about. Gives you a heck of a workout,I'll say that. Some may like it,but,I'll stay with Bullworker.
