Guest guest
This site is the best way I've ever found to help explain fibro or any chronic illness for that matter. It's simple and most can relate to having so many spoons and each spent as we do a task. I suggest you bookmark, copy print and give out to those you wish to have some understanding as to the why you can't go at the last minute or just don't feel like doing something.Hope this helps. I would sure appreciate any support and help I could possibly get. The toughest thing about having this condition is that fact that most people just don't understand the degress of pain an fatigue at times. I wonder how all of you relay this inform to you co-workers, family and friend to help them understand. Thanks for listening! Jan
