I had such plans for the days you were staying here too....the drive up the canyon, white water rafting, antiquing in Kernville, and dinner at McNalleys....who has the best steak and shrimp in the USA....(home grown beef dontcha know...lol) Well maybe next year. I do comismerate with the weight gain issues tho- it just takes the wind outa your sails... and seems to affect everything around you and all you do.
