Guest guest
Hi : I'm confused -- is this entire post *your* story or excerps from " DSM-IV criteria.... " you said " reading this story is the first time I almost cried... " and I'm confused if you mean the story below -- or one that you read that is not noted here? Thanks! Barb > Reading this story is the first time I almost cried. Just a few nights ago, > maybe 2 weeks actually I had a very similiar account with my nada. She called > my house up and she was drunk as Hell, she was talkingn about killing > herself and saying my step dad was trying to kill her and was poisoning her. I > called the sheriif in her town and had them send a car over there. They found her > in her closet passed out drunk. She had completly ransacked her room. > > my step dad was in the living room . The cops brought her to the hospital > and the next day she was brought to a pychiatric hospital. Then the next day > she trid to act as though she had never called me and I made it up. well > they did not believe that being that I am in Va and she in La how at midnight > would I just be pychic and know she was drunk passed out! Then her next ploy > was to act as though she " couldnt remember " what she had said but would never > say such a thing and that I, her evil daughter was just trying to destroy her > life by lying and making things up...She was convinced they had kepy her in > the nut ward because I was making secret phone calls to socoal services ...I > never spoke to anyone about her insanity other than when I sent the cops > there. > > well the next day after the cops came and took her I called and spoke to > my step dad for a couple hours. I feel so badly for him. She is doing to what > she did to my dad and to my sisters and I. She has been attacking him like > she does and she has been tryinmg to make everyone in his life from before her > believe she is such a great person and a victim of him!!! The sad thing is > that people who do not know the real her believe it. > She even went after him once and when he pushed her off her glasses hit > her eye and she told EVERYONE that he beat her. but as soon as I heard about > her black eye I knew he prob was trying to fend her off. I know her that > well. > > well after she had been in the nut house for a week she called me at my > home with her accusations that I was making stuff up about her, I am SURE she > had people there with her to listen to her side of the story as she > confronted her " bad " daughter about screwing up her life. > Then she tried to play the victim by switching to this small pathetic > wounded bird voice and talking about being bruised all over her body as if to > insinuate that my step dad beat her. She was NOT happy when I point blank > told her he did nothing to her if she was bruised it happenned when she was > ransacking her room all drunk!!! > then she ( for the benifit of those near her on the phone ) started > talking her proper phony english voice - the woman is from Louisiana not Great > Britain! - that I was lying or who ever told me she ransacked her room was > lying because if she was so drunk she couldnt have. well, when she discovered it > was the POLICE who told me she quickly changed the subject. > Next she proceeds to tell me that I could cause her to lose her job - > she is a nurse, scary huh? - by having her put there, that I am making things > up about her and she wont tolerate it. Got to put on a show for the audience, > right. > then she begs me to not mess up her whole life. I just had enough at > that point I told her, " YOU ARE MESSING UP YOUR LIFE. YOU CHOSE TO GET DRUNK. > YOU CHOSE TO CALL ME, YOU CHOSE TO SAY THOSE BIZZARE THINGS. YOU CHOSE TO ACT > LIKE A MANIAC ONCE AGAIN AND DESTROY YOUR ROOM> IF YOUR LIFE IS MESSED UP IT > IS YOUR CHOICES AND YOURS ALONE. > Then she turns into the tearfull victim and blurts out, " Fine say > whatever you want! You are going to do whatever you want anyway and the hell with > me! " and hangs up. She runs when you tell her she is the reason for her own > demise. > > I was so fed up. I called her home number and left a message saying, " > Do not worry. I am not telling anyone about you. But after 24 years of > dealibng with your drama I am fed up. I am DONE. Do not call my home EVER again. Be > a victim on someone elses time. " > > It felt good to say that and it feels better to not have her in my life > I feel so so sorry for my step dad. She has him living in hell. He cant > leave her because of what she does when he tries to. He did once but she showed > up at his house every night. He is afraid to leave now because she will act > like an idiot and cost him his job and everything dear to him. He is holding > out waiting for her to die from her health problems already so his sentence > can end. He is in fear she may kill him one day and knowing me mother that is a > valid fear. > I left home at 16 after learning she was planning on murdering me. I > cant name my sources due to their fear she could flip and retaliate against them > but they were credible and I knew her well enough to know it was true. The > first time my step dad left her she held a knife to the throat of my then 11 > year old sister and threatened to kill her if she kept destroying her life. > then she told my sister she would mutilate the cat my sister had been feeding. > She blamed the failures of both her marriages on myself and the > youngest girl. Not her no.....never. lol > > My sister told the councelers what my mother was doing to her just as I > had years earlier in a different parish. My mother was able on both > occasions convince the cops and councelers of her victimhood to malicious lying > children. > > Its just an all around screwed up situation. When that woman finally dies > it will be the most celebrated wake and funeral in history! Im going to > makes cakes and party hats... I will have a live band come in to sing Ding Dong > the Witch Is Dead! > > Until I pray and I wait in fear for the day she murders someone just to > prove to herself she can do it and she can make people believe it is not her > fault. > > > >
