Guest guest
You know you've had WLS when your husband comes in and without even saying hi says, " Get rid of that shirt, I don't ever want to see you in it again. It's way to big and looks terrible on you. " All the while your sitting there thinking 'I just got this shirt two days before my DS so I would have something to were home from the hospital and it was kinda tight' You know you've had WLS when your retelling the above story to a friend and she ask if it is the pink shirt? And it is! On to In and Out..I stopped at In and Out Burger tonight and got burgers for the kids. I got myself one also and ate the whole thing...Do I need to tell you about the fries? Yes, I had a few of those also, not many, I prefer Mcs fries better. I know that with the DS a person can do this sort of thing every now and again. Heres the deal, I really am having a hard time dealing with the guilt. I so fear failing this surgery, I have failed so many times before. Should an about 3 month post op be able to eat a whole burger with the bun? I did take awhile to eat it, and it was the first thing I had eaten all day other then my Pro Blend 55 early this morning. It is so hard knowing how to do the right thing, what to eat and how much without harming your self or your weight loss. Thanks for putting up with my fears.
