Guest guest
Yes hun, You still need to take precautions. The Hep C is in the dormant stage. But it always remains with us. After we reach SVR we become so to speak carriers. It is sunny here with cloud covering. It is suppose to get quite cold here tonight with the possible snow tommorow. WTF !! Oh well the one thing they say about Oklahoma, if you don't like the weather wait a minute it will change. And it is true. Love Janet Dorothy wrote: Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday. It’s a nice sunny day here in NY, but a bit on the cool side…….it is still winter L I’ve just been thinking about being post tx and I’m wondering…………do I need to take precautions now such as cleaning up blood as carefully as before? Does being undetectable mean NO virus……I’m thinking no. I plan to discuss this with my doctor, but I don’t see him till the 31st. Just curious – not that I plan on bleeding soon, but I do have all those cuts on my hands from the skin problems I’ve had between the meds and the RA. Also – what other recommendations – obviously, alcohol is something to avoid. I haven’t been much of a drinker for a long time, maybe just a glass on Christmas day or a special occasion. How about taking milk thistle or any other supplements? Any information on what’s worked for you would be appreciated. I’m hoping to get my life together in more ways one than one, but my health is the key right now.
