We are taking a 2 week trip to Europe in May and I'm trying to figure out how to incorporate this new way of eating into our plans. We are going mostly to France and Italy (land of cheese and cream!) and I've read the tips in " eat fat lose fat " for travel, but I'm looking for any other advice or tips. For instance, does anyone know if Kombucha is available for sale over there? What about coconut oil? I know we won't be able to eat perfectly but we're going to do our best. Guest guest Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 I think you'll have a much easier time in Europe than almost anywhere in America. In France, you can eat creme fraiche and in Italy you can get raw milk Parmesano Reggiano. Just eat what the locals eat and you will be fine. And don't forget the wine! Have a great trip!
