Guest guest
Dear lie, When it comes to cures for RA (and many other disorders) it is really " Buyer Beware " . Most probably can't hurt, except in the wallet. Still, I can understand anyone giving a try to something they hope will help. If you saw the movie " Man on the Moon " about Andy Kauffman starring Jim Carey: http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hv & cf=pg & photoid=36432 & id=1800023257 Right before Kauffman dies he goes to a healer who " pulls cancer out of his stomach " . Kaufman has been diagnosed with terminal cancer when he goes for this last ditch healing. The tumour pulled from Kauffman is really chicken skin that the healer is hiding in his palm. Kauffman sees the " trick " as he is laying on a gurney. He laughs so hard because he gets the joke. It is not going to help him, and he might as well get a good laugh out of being fooled. It is bitter-sweet as we know Kauffman will soon die,but we are glad he has his sense of humor intact. I never was a big Andy Kauffman fan, but the movie was one Hubby wanted to see so we rented it.
