Guest guest
Dear yenny, On behalf of all our members, welcome to our Erythema Nodosum Group! Thanks for sending in your Questionnaire. I have added the information to our " Member Medical History " Files on the Group site and posted it below. You now have Full EN Group privileges. You are receiving ALL EN Group emails, and you can also go to the EN Group site whenever you like: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/erythema_nodosum_Group/ and logging on with your Yahoo ID and secret password. You do NOT have to have the group emails delivered to be a member here. It's a pleasure to welcome another " International Member " . You have every right to be disappointed. But you will also learn how to deal with EN and look for it's many triggers. I am impressed that your GP could identify EN. So many of us are misdiagnosed for years. It is hard to predict if you will ever get EN again after this bout. Only time will tell. Making sure you are in a strong remission as easing into activity might help to avoid a relapse. I'm glad to know you are resting. Welcome to our Friendly Group! Love, ****** Yenny's Case History 4/10/06 1. Your name and age: Yen 27 years 2. Your location The Nederlands 3. Your email address: xyenskix@... 4. Your Yahoo ID amomentofrelaxing 5. Describe your erythema nodosum/PG symptoms or, if you do not have EN or PG, please explain why you wish to join this group. I had the flu last week and had all weird red and painfull bumps on my schin and i thought it was nettle rash. But it appeared to be different, when by last thursday it got worse i decided to go to the gp on saturday and he told me it is EN. I never heard of it before esp because where i live it is very rural and only once a year someone comes to hospital and en gets dicovered. i wanted to know more about it about the curing process and points where i should be very severe with and stuff. What i read here makes me a little dissapointed I hope that it is only for once because it is a virus developed out of the flu apperantely. 6.
