Guest guest
Great news from you. Of course I tossed the Cod Liver Oil bottle, so can't tell if it was soy in it or not. My Carlson Vitamin E-Gems Elite 400 IU bottle lists 3 types of E (..pherols), plus " other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, water. " No soy, thank goodness. I also take their Vitamin A called 'solubilized', do you know what that means? Its Vitamin A Palmitate, which somebody here said another type was better but I forgot what, and its " other ingredients are polysorbate 80, gelatin, glycerin, water, corn oil. " Thank goodness I'm not allergic to corn. I try not to eat much of it. I know I take a chance when it says gelatin, because some has MSG and oh brother! Shoot my head off! Please! (that was hyperbole). I try not to eat carbs, I am a protein (Blood Type O) eater, can really tell the diff when eat not enough protein or a lot of carbs - yucky and fibro flare usually. Dropping bread, pasta, crackers, and sweets was the hardest thing I've ever done-- except labor and delivery!! HA. I limit myself to two pieces of dry toast for breakfast. I still crave breadsticks and garlic bread and sugar, and fibro people are not supposed to eat artificial sweeteners, so I am out of luck for desserts too, If I want to get rid of the Candida monster. I am considering your posts about gluten intolerance....wheat bread hurts tummy worse than white, weird, both made from wheat. Unless it's the germ left in. Someone here said chrom pic would help, but i need mag first, must do one at a time, then calcium, have osteoporosis. Thanks a lot for your post!!
