I lost 1.5 " in my waist (lots more to go!), but what I find most exciting, is that I've gained some upper body strength. A couple of days ago, I absentmindedly grabbed a 22 lb. bag of dog food from the shelf at the supermarket with my left hand before I realized what I was doing, and just slung it into the shopping cart.
