Guest guest
Has anyone ever used the bullworker to bulk up? And if so, what, exactly, was the training regimine you used? Like many people here, I'm yet another " born again bullworker " because I pulled the thing out of the closet and decided to try it again. And, when I write try it again, I mean that I barely saw any improvement from using the thing the first time. I write this after searching some .MIL websites on isometric exercises, and the best recommendation I can find is that isometrics can build strength but otherwise has " limited effectiveness " . The bullworker " success stories " I've read don't mention exactly how they trained. So... does ANYONE have a specific recommendation as to how to use the bullworker to build bulk? Does this thing REALLY work, or what?

In the 70's,I worked out with weights. In three months,I had little results, got bored with them.Started to use Bullworker. In three weeks,I had gained more on my chest, shoulders, arms, etc.,than in three months of weight training.Today,I use Bullworker everyday. If the Bullworker is a gimmick,it's my kind of gimmick.
Guest guest
I'd be skeptical, too,if this actually didn't happen to me.Maybe I just got lucky, but the following is true.Rich wrote: --> >In the early 80's,my waist grew to 38 inches. This really bothered me.I got disgusted with it,grabbed my Bullworker, started using it,and in less than two weeks,my waist was down to 34 inches. In the 70's,I worked out with weights. In three months,I had little results, got bored with them.Started to use Bullworker. In three weeks,I had gained more on my chest, shoulders, arms, etc.,than in three months of weight training.Today,I use Bullworker everyday. If the Bullworker is a gimmick,it's my kind of gimmick.__________________________________________________
