Refugee's

Hey Group:

I have a refugee from Ghana. She needs both a liver and kidney. She has been in the United States for almost two years and on dialysis since the day she came here. She is currently covered by Medicaid based on her disability. My question, will she qualify for Medicare? She's never worked in the US, so she doesn't have any credits. I just don't know if there are any "loop holes" for refugees.
