I use a cane and I depend on it greatly. I held back not getting one because I thought I shouldn't. When I did get one I wasn't properly fitted and ended up getting bursitis in my right rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I had to have physical therapy for 6 weeks to fix that. Shouldn't you use or even get used to using a cane? I think that would be much better. Be Blessed E.
