But I hope you get the notion of some kind of IDEAL body weight/size out of your head...because darlin it ain't going to happen. In some ways your going to look better...in other ways you looked better fat. The magic doesn't happen when you hit a certain cloths size...it happens within your own head. Here's an example....When Jerry was soaring over San Fran's Bay, celebrating his anniversary with his wife and keeping a promise he made to Himself and ...he didn't care, nor did it matter what size cloths he wore or what weight the scales said. All that mattered was he had lost " enough " weight to pursue his dream and make it come true. That day, that moment was pure MAGIC. Don't obsess on a size of cloths or a number on the scales...obsess on pursuing the magic...Which can simply mean being happy within yourself...easier said than done...So don't wait until you reach some arbitrary cloths size...start today...make your own MAGIC.
