START wt 196 Chest 40 L Bi 13 1/2 R Bi 13 1/2 L ForeA 11 R ForeA 11 1/2 Waist 39 L Quad 24 1/2 R Quad 24 1/2 L Calf 15 R Calf 15 BF % 17 WEEK 4 wt 183 Chest 40 1/2 L Bi 14 R Bi 14 L ForeA 11 1/2 R ForeA 11 3/4 Waist 36.5 L Quad 25 R Quad 25 L Calf 16 R Calf 16 BF % 12 Today is FREE Day.............Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!
