It's fun isn't it. :-) Tell me something, I got some bread mix today from the Salvation Arm in my food parcel. Can I use that instead of my normal flour or do I need a proper bread making machine? > When I can't do it, they usually talk their granny into taking them to > Golden Corral and getting a baker's dozen of their yeast rolls with > the honey spread butter. I thought it was a lot of fun. I spread the flour and semolina all out on the table and poured in the water, honey and yeast, and with one hand bought it all together and made my dough that way. :-) then I let it rise and did it again and let it rise a second time on the table. Then it was into the oven, after i divided it and rolled one piece out for a pizza! YUM. today i made foccachia with another piece from the freezer. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. :-) Shazthe bakerbreadwhiz. Quote
