I just thought that maybe him being on top of you might cause extra pain that isn't necessary. I'm sure that if you're having chronic pain you've probably tried other things, but I'm just throwing it in there. There may be positions that you haven't heard of/thought of before that possibly people could throw out for you. Sorry sex is so painful for you - I know if I lay flat on my back for any amount of time, hell comes to Iowa, so I just tuck a pillow or part of the blanket under my right shoulder & back for the missionary position. Oh, and I hope I'm not the only person here with knowledge of other positions. If I am, I'd be more than happy to share. It's a hard job, I know, but someone's gotta do it!
