Right now I would rather just chop my hands off - free fall to where ever that takes me - feel whatever thud occurs - and when I can - get up and dust myself off...and start moving foward again. Other 'replacements' to grab onto include: - Letting go of old (negative) thoughts and replacing them with new (positive) ones. - Letting go of old habits and replacing them with new habits. - Doing something nice for one's SELF every day, even if its just watching a sunset or smelling a flower. Gotta go now 'n get some zzzzzzzzzzs G'night... - Edith
