Guest guest
Hi all, I have been swamped the last few days, but getting caught up tonight. I am not where " I want to be yet " but I am pretty proud of what I have accomplished so far. I am 9 months post-op and down 125 pounds and I have posted the first new pic (on the ds extra site) in shorts and tank top since last summer. Quite a change - I tell you....I can FINALLY say * I SEE THE DIFFERENCE*....so I guess my eyes are catching up with the weight loss. My BMI still shows me as being obese, but I USED to be super morbidly obese, so I am making progress. According to Met Life chartings I should still lose another 60 pounds to be a normal weight for my height and frame. Will I make it ? I do not know, BUT I can tell you I will continue to eat 95% of my foods as protein with limiting greatly my carbs and sugar and see where I land. I pray I hit goal, my health needs it. But I choose to focus on the great progress I have made in 9 months and wanted to share my new pic. Blessings on your night. PW lap ds 7-15-03 down 125 pounds ----- getting there …. 5' 3 " sw/cw/goal~(healthy) 320/195/???
