Guest guest
“The surveyors arrived unannounced at 7:30 Tuesday morning, and left at 7:15 Thursday evening. They told us that they would be there the rest of the week. As you can imagine, it was a fairly lengthy, intense process.” Long, Director, CVOR/Cardiac Transplant, Mid American Heart Institute, St. Luke’s Hospital, Kansas City, MO “Surveyors utilized interviews, observations, and review of written materials as techniques to gather evidence of compliance. You can’t control everything and surveyors didn’t have all the answers. Felt like the Joint Commission at times: toured nurses station, look for expiration dates on meds, unlocked meds, etc.” Art Thomson Administrator Transplant Center and General Surgery Cleveland Clinic You still have time to register for these important Audio Workshops!
