It also sounds like you need a different doctor. She is quite negligent in

not wanting to treat your thyroid condition. Hello!! You are a nurse and

know all the various problems caused by hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.

Sorry about your Mom. Sadly, the people we love the most also have the power

to hurt us the most.

Have you checked other ISP's to see if you can get a better price? NetZero

looks pretty cheap at

$9.95/month.

If that isn't possible see if your local library has internet access and you

can keep in touch with us that way.
