Also for the second site you gave the calcium had both carbonate and Citrate...but Carbonate was the Main source. I know these are Chewable calcium Citrate.... http://bariatricadvantage.com/products.htm They come in Mint, chocolate and cinnamon flavors. They are Tums- like wafers. They have Vitamin D, Vitamin K and Magnesium added. Disadvantage....it takes 5 tablets to equal 1000 mg. You will find this is the big disadvantage of Citrate over Carbonate.
