Guest guest
Hi, I am very excited about the MB12 reports, be it the injections or nasal spray. I was studying the methylation pathway presented by Stan and looked at some studies which showed abnormal methylation byproduct levels in autistic children compared to the normal control group. That was a great approach in study design, however the number was very small, only about 30 children (which scientifically will never achieve adequate power to be ever significant clinically). So my question is : should one measure one's child B12 level in the blood first and then administer it only if it is found to be low ? Because how could one ever convince someone to administer this to a child with normal B12 levels ? Sure, there are case reports that sound phenomenal, but what is the ultimate basis of doing so if B12 levels are adequate ? Thanks so much, Chris
