Hi, I have a question I am hoping someone can answer my daughter Noelle goes

thru's boubts where she is vomiting and diahrerra this happens every 1-2

months. Well her pull-ups end up looking mucosey. I took her to urgent care

yesterday , and they said she has blood in her stool so now she has to see a

GI doctor they also are testing it for parasites and ova ,but that will not

be back until monday. Has anyone had anything like this with their daughter?

Also my neighbor told me she thought what was in her pull-up look like yeast

to her. Could she have a candida yeast overgrowth that builds up until it

makes her sick like that? Thanks for any help! le

Yeast is one of the possibilities. Here's a place to start

researching: http://www.greatplainslaboratory.com/yeast.html

Also search on the names Dr. Crooks (he's the " The Yeast

Connection " guy) and Dr. Bruce Semon ( " Feast Without Yeast " ). They

both have websites.

Those are very common symptoms of colitis and irritable bowel syndrome.

She'll likely need a colonoscopy in addition to the lab test. Sounds

awful...poor little thing (and poor you!) Good luck and hope you find

some answers. No one should have to go through that.

Also, you might want to add virgin coconut oil to her diet. This is a

safe and natural way to help heal the gut. I give it to my daughter

every day and she hasn't had a single GI problem since. It has

numerous anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties.
