Anita, you just look gorgeous!! And what a beautiful dress! I know

what you mean about the panni, it gave me the same feeling.

Hopefully, you can eventually get a tuck because mine makes me feel

so much more normal!

hi guys-

had my 6 month check up with dr z today- i know- its almost 8

months.

my lab work was never faxed to him which really ticks me off but i

already know my labwork is fine from when i went in to the er.

i was bummed about weighing in today because of the 4 pound gain. i

saw dr a month ago and i have lost 7 pounds but his scale only

showed me losing 3 because of the few pounds i gained. well his

scale is different then mine so i'll stop there because im confusing

myself. put it this way- i have gained a few pounds in the last few

days so my update with him didnt show the weight i have actually

lost. he showed me that since my last visit, i have lost 12 pounds

of fat but gained 8 pounds of muscle. he said this will help me burn

calories (added muscle) and this is why im down another size but the

numbers are not showing a huge difference.(Muscle weighing more than

fat) he said im doing well and im losing at the pace i should be.

my BMI started at 41 and its now 29. If i lose another 20-25 pounds,

i will be on cloud 9. wish me luck. everyone put their finger on

each temple and say " Vicki, you will make this happen. You will make

this happen. " Better yet, just pray with me.
