Guest guest
Hi all, Thanks for the replies. To tell you bout my depression some. I have been certified crazy by doctors since 2001, hospitalized etc. Not meaning I just act crazy, Really I am from the depression.I have been on 4 types of meds because of this. ( very expensive ) The physical problems & chronic pain have been haunting me since 1986.I was at my witts end when i said i would kill myself ( very literally true ) My ex wife destroyed all my documents for my disability & the case was by a court in oregon. I have been trying to rebuild my case for years but it is very expensive when you have no job, not insureable ( risk ) No money. The cost is outrageouse & I have had to live without for years. Tried to get lawyers but was refused service many times. Violent fits of uncontrolable rage are common with my illness. 1am last night I got into a real mess & got hit with a tazer, cuffed & stuffed due to my condition. Went off on some drug addicts bugging my wife for her pills. was going to crush them with a pipe. Needless to say they eventually let me go but arrested my wife! Not for selling her drugs but for some warant for faiure to apear (she never got a notice for any court apearance) Now that I am a reformed drug adict, I have a zero tolerance for drug abuse! Hearing voices in my head, sleeplesness , anger, migrain headaches along with the pain really bites hard on a person. Crazy is a word I use for the system cause the system is crazy!!! lol.... Wanting to kill or be killed is on my mind a lot.( chronic pain induced ) Chronic pain & severe depression is a seriouse combination & that is what SSI recognized along with job councelors & mental health. My twin sis is the same way I am & got her soc sec, but she had money & documents to back it up. Very hard to start from scratch when you have been this way for years but doctors won't see you cause of financial problems. seen a couple of doctors in the past couple of years but were quacks!!!!!! All in your head type of doctors, or they don't know bout the diseases that I have. Scheuermanns disease is not well known about & kind of rare. Medical fields have now just started to recognize the problems & risks that it has. Kyphosis is secondary to scheuermanns disease I involves disk compression & nerve dammage to the neck area along with degenerative disk condition with shmorles nodes ( deteriorization of the spine & joints )Thus arthretic changes are a factor. Small crack in the vertibra are common with this disease, also known as osteoporosis. but the male version Scheuermanns disease. ( also known as hunchback )Decreased lung capasity as well as heart function restrictions apply due to narowing of the chest cavity. Scoliosis is also found when scheuermanns disease is present. ( needless to say I look like a pretzle ) Pain yes when almost every nerve is pinched all the time, sick to stomach , diarea weekness in legs hips arms etc can lay you out if not treated. Thus is my problem since 1986 I have not had treatment due to no ins , job or money. It was a blessing to finally get some temp SSI just so I may get the help I need. Crazy yes , ( It had drove me crazy ) but with the temp help I may get back to normal I hope & win total soc sec. Keeping fingers crossed!!!! Guest guest
: Here is a suggestion for you. If you are being seen at mental health in your area, give them the names of your previous doctors where you had your information that your wife destroyed. Chances are, the doctors you seen in Oregon will still have them on file. Also, if you had insurance back then, they would have the billing information and what the billing was for. All you would have to do is sign a waiver so the mental health doctor could get access to your records. If that doesn't work, try to call the doctors that you saw back then and explain to them what happened with your ex and the condition you are in now. If they remember or would be willing to look up your medical history, there is a chance if you send them a waiver, they will send you a copy of your records for free or to a doctor or lawyer of your choosing. I am very proud of you for staying a reformed addict. I hope you can continue on this journey despite what you are going through now. I know it is hard but you can do it. You have gotten this far.
