Guest guest Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 Hi, I am making my first batch and wanted to make sure I am correct on bottling. I read two different ways. One was to bottle right away and put in the fridge and the other says to bottle and leave out a couple of days and let the CO2 to escape and then put in refridgerator. The other question was do I fill the bottles up to the rim and then cap or leave a little space. Read both also. Thanks for any help. Quote

I have found that if I don't leave a nice airspace that it doesn't get bubbly, or not as much. I think this may vary for each individual brewing environment and the thing to do is experiment until you find your best way. --V ~~~ There is no way to peace; peace is the way ~~~~ --A.J.
